Il Cortile Ristorante

Il Cortile Ristorante is a fine dining Italian restaurant located in downtown Paso Robles, California. The restaurant is owned by Chef Santos MacDonal and his wife, Carole, who opened it with a passion for fine food and wine.

The restaurant features from-scratch dishes, including housemade pastas, braised osso bucco, and grilled seafood. Chef Santos MacDonal's philosophy is to use the freshest ingredients, locally sourced whenever available, to create interesting and delicious dishes.

The menu at Il Cortile Ristorante changes frequently to reflect seasonal changes and availability of the freshest and best products available. The restaurant sources its products from local farmers markets, local purveyors, and various California purveyors, as well as specialty items imported from Italy.

Il Cortile Ristorante offers an extensive menu that includes selections in Antipasta, Primi, and Secondi courses, along with a Mozzarella section. The restaurant also has a wine list that is inspired by the food created by Chef Santos, with exquisite wines from the Paso Robles area and fine selections from Italy's many wine regions.

Reservations are available at Il Cortile Ristorante online for parties of up to 6 guests, and the restaurant is currently only booking reservations two months in advance. The largest party the restaurant can accommodate is 10 people, and takeout is available Wednesday through Sunday, with the option to opt in to the Feed Paso campaign to provide free meals to local homeless families and those in need.
