The Alchemists' Garden

The Alchemists' Garden is a creative restaurant and craft cocktail bar located in downtown Paso Robles, known for its seasonal California cuisine and imaginative mixology.

The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including bone marrow, duck bucatini, and tiger prawns, which invite sharing and delight. The cocktail menu features inventive drinks, such as the Garden Spear, prepared with hibiscus-infused vodka, rosehip, spearmint, and lemon.

The Alchemists' Garden has a unique atmosphere, with a secret garden and a 12-seat cocktail lounge called The Remedy, where fine spirits meet the science of molecular gastronomy. The restaurant is a testament to the dream of its founders, who wanted to create a place that sparks curiosity, connection, and creative alchemy.

The restaurant's story began on the beaches of Puerto Rico, where four bartenders, Alexandra Pellot, Andrew Brune, Tony Bennett, and Quin Cody, shared a dream of building a place that could bring people together through food and drink. Less than a year later, their dream took root in Paso Robles, and The Alchemists' Garden was born.

The Alchemists' Garden is located at 1144 Pine Street in Paso Robles and offers reservations, as well as walk-in seating on a first-come, first-served basis. The restaurant can be contacted at info@alchemistsgarden.com or (805) 369-2444.
