Somm's Kitchen

Somm's Kitchen is a restaurant located in Paso Robles, California, offering a unique dining experience. The Chef's Counter is an intimate setting with a 16-seat counter, where guests can enjoy an 8-course meal paired with over a dozen wines.

The wine pairings are inspired by the food and the team's experiences traveling the world and working with wineries. Each night, the team discusses the wine's origin, winemaking methods, and more as guests taste and compare side by side.

In addition to the Chef's Counter, Somm's Kitchen also offers special themed dining experiences, highlighting specific wine regions, styles, vintages, and producers. These events can be booked in advance.

The team at Somm's Kitchen has also been hosting educational wine trips around the world for the last 10 years, visiting classic wine regions and special locations. These trips are limited to 10-16 guests and feature top-flight wines and exclusive access to wineries and restaurants.

Somm's Kitchen is available for private events, where the team can bring their experience to a guest's home or host a private group at the restaurant. The team can also offer unique concepts, such as cult wine tastings or Burgundian-only pairings, and can be contacted via email for more information.
